Erika joined Watkins Realty Services in 2010, bringing over 27 years of experience in Property Management. As Senior Vice President, she was charged with daily company operations, Property oversight, developing and implementing policies and procedures, Asset Management and building and maintaining owner relations.
Prior to joining Watkins Realty Services, Erika held the position of Regional Vice President for a national management company. Originally from the Virginia and DC Market, Erika moved to Florida in 1994, which has now become home.
Erika brings experience in Tax Credit, Bond, Section 8, Conventional Housing, Training, Marketing and Advertising.
Erika sat on the executive board of the FSU Property Management Program for over 5 years, helping to raise awareness of our industry while at the same time, raising donations for Scholarships.

Alicia Cooper is a seasoned HR and operations leader with nearly 20 years of experience in Compliance, Human Resources, and organizational management. She joined Watkins more than a decade ago with the mission of building a full HR department from the ground up. Through her leadership, she established the company’s HR infrastructure, strengthened compliance practices, and helped shape a people‑focused culture.
As her responsibilities expanded, Alicia moved into broader operational and strategic roles. Now serving as an Owner/Partner, she oversees all HR functions, daily operations, contributes to financial management, and plays a key role in long‑term business planning. Her work is defined by consistency, integrity, and a commitment to creating an environment where both people and the business can thrive.
